Field/Project Supervisor (Pipe Jacking)

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project, to coordinate and execute pipe jacking projects with precision and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pipe jacking projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and implement safety protocols on-site.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, and other relevant materials.
• Work with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project to coordinate and execute pipe jacking projects.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, particularly in pipe jacking projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
