📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 150T and 280T crawler cranes with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Plan and execute heavy lift operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and maintain detailed records of crane performance and maintenance.
• Train and supervise junior operators, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to coordinate lift plans and logistics.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, including those from the Indonesian Institute of Engineers (IPI).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Certified Crawler Crane Operator with at least 3 years of experience in operating 150T and 280T cranes.
• Valid operator certification from a recognized institution, such as the Indonesian Institute of Engineers (IPI) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in heavy lift operations within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of crane safety protocols and risk management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software for lift planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
