📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverages to the dining areas
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dining warehouse area
- Assist in the inventory management process, including counting and restocking inventory
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly labeled and stored
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and special occasions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
- Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food and hospitality
