You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, ensuring that our reports are not only accurate but also insightful. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes, including the implementation of new reporting tools and technologies such as SAP and Oracle.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights for senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting support to the finance team, assisting in budgeting and financial planning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in global financial reporting, and implement relevant improvements.
• Train and mentor junior finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a multinational or global reporting role.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus.
