📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform immunology tests, including serology, immunochemistry, and immunocytochemistry.
• Analyze patient samples and interpret test results.
• Collaborate with pathologists, laboratory technicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.
• Document and record test results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immunology laboratory testing.
• Certification in immunology or a related field (e.g., ASCP, CLIA, or other relevant certifications).
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
