📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ASRI's safety policies.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on safety and environmental best practices.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental management systems, including incident reporting and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness for any potential incidents.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve safety and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or property development sector.
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
