📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate credit applications and assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to support lending decisions.
• Prepare and present credit analysis reports to loan officers and management.
• Monitor and manage credit portfolios, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on credit-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the growth and success of the business.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Certification in credit analysis, such as the Certified Credit Analyst (CCA) or Professional Credit Analyst (PCA), is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools like Bloomberg, SAP, and internal risk management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
