You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
