📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Manage and optimize the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support the company’s growth and development.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial integrity and support business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on supervisory roles.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar professional qualification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local and international financial regulations and standards.
