Easy Star Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Train and mentor store staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
