In this role, you will be responsible for providing field support and commissioning services to our clients. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure that our products are installed and commissioned to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide on-site technical support and commissioning services to clients.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products.,Work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure that our products are installed and commissioned to the highest standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of our products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our industry and apply this knowledge to our products and services.,Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with our quality and safety standards.,Provide regular reports to management on the status of projects and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical service or commissioning role.,Strong knowledge of our products and services, including their installation, operation, and maintenance.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.,Ability to travel extensively and work in remote locations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
