📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Assist in the development of new training methods and technologies.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training software and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
