📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide support to the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
