📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
