📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
