Royal Global Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the selection process.,Maintain a database of candidate information and keep track of the recruitment process for each position.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
