📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to prevent shortages and delays.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the production or supply chain industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and processes.,Strong understanding of quality control and improvement methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the production environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
