Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we source the right candidates.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and requirements.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
