📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed on time and to a high standard.,Attend and participate in meetings with senior management to discuss departmental performance and progress.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
