📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Indonesian language, mathematics, and English for primary school students (SD).
• Facilitate Calistung activities to enhance students' cognitive and motor skills.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and educators.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
• Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education.
• Promote the values and principles of Bintang Pelajar, including respect, responsibility, and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching primary school subjects or tutoring.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum for primary education.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their holistic development.
