Base Camp Group is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are in top condition and our drivers are safe and efficient. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, looking for ways to improve efficiency.,Oversee the fleet's compliance with all safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
