Market Cloud Dinamis is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented and can manage our fleet efficiently.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule. You will also be responsible for coordinating with drivers and ensuring that they are following all safety and operational guidelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are following all safety and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that vehicles are refueled as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of the fleet.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving the fleet.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
