📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of fixed plant equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use SAP PM, Maximo, and other maintenance management software to track and manage maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed plant maintenance, preferably in the mining or mineral processing industry.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM, Maximo, or other maintenance management software.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
