📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and treasury management.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the overall business objectives.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.,Proven track record of leading and managing finance operations teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulatory environment.
