📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff in the training department.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate training into overall business strategies.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
