📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle scheduling and route planning.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including fuel efficiency and emissions standards.,Optimize fleet performance and reduce operational costs through data analysis and strategic planning.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of service and safety.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and compliance reports.,Provide training and support to drivers and maintenance teams to enhance their skills and performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proven track record of optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
