📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor and track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in planning and executing fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of services.,Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in fleet management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards for vehicle operations.🛠️ Keahlian
