📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet company targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the management of inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal sales performance.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to keep the management team informed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Participate in team meetings and sales events to support the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
