As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide our customers with the highest quality of service and food. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing the highest quality of service and food.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant, including increasing sales and revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
