🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a PAUD or TK setting.
• Certification in early childhood education or a related field (e.g., CPNS, PGSD, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of national early childhood education curriculum and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
